The Grove is a sprawling, private estate vacation rental spanning over 5 acres, stretching from the sparkling waves of the Gulf of Mexico to the tranquil waters of the Indian Lagoon. This expansive property features three distinct residences, each with its own private entrance, offering both privacy and space for larger groups. The main house features a newly renovated Chefs Kitchen as well as countless other modern amenities without losing the Old Florida charm that is still prevalent throughout the 100 year old home. The bungalows offer privacy and comfort for additional guests outside the activity of the main house. At the heart of the estate is "The Basket", a vibrant gathering spot complete with games, a pool table, ping pong, and an inviting indoor pool—perfect for fun and relaxation. Whether you're planning a corporate retreat, a ladies' getaway, a family reunion, a wedding, or any other special event, The Grove provides the ideal setting. With its unique blend of natural beauty, modern amenities, and versatile spaces, it’s the ultimate destination for creating unforgettable memories.

The Main House
The Main House
The Main House sleeps 14 with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 baths. Charm in the preservation of historic features such as skeleton keyhole locks while basking in modern amenities found in the chef's kitchen with double appliances, stone countertops, and a coffee bar. Sip your morning brew in the sunroom overlooking the lagoon or on the covered front porch while listening to the wind chimes play. The Main House can host up to 40 people for events.
The Grand Foyer
The main entrance will amaze you with 16 foot ceilings, the room filled with natural sunlight from 12+ windows, original shiplap walls, and decorative hand carved pelicans soaring above and restored original fishbone hardwood floors.
Chef's Kitchen and Dining
Find everything you need in the fully stocked kitchen including double appliances, stone countertops, and a coffee bar. Ample space for seating on the live oak dining table, kitchen bar, and the island.

Upstairs Queen bedrooms have a shared bathroom. The Downstairs bedrooms consist of 2 King suites and a bunkroom with 6 bunks, 3 Twin and 3 Twin XL and a bathroom.

The Main House offers additional views of the lagoon from the back enclosed sunroom with decorative fireplace and screened in back porch with rocking chairs. The main entrance includes a large, screened porch with a sitting area and a porch swing. The ideal places to listen to the palm trees dance in the wind. This vacation rental and venue is like non other.

The Upper Bungalow
Detached from the Main House, the Upper Bungalow offers a private entrance, designated living space, and a fully stocked kitchen. This vacation rental hosts 2 clean bedrooms. The Upper Bungalow sleeps 6 and a has a full shower/tub bathroom. Great for a family who wants to get away from the hustle of the main house.

There is also a dry bar made from a hot air balloon basket making this vacation rental and event venue one to remember!
